Clustered JBoss Application Server nodes synchronization ?

Our JBoss application server is clustered. Can i use JMS for sychronizing the different nodes in the clustered environment? Any other technique?

Sorry, I don't understand the question. Can you explain a bit more?

JBoss application server is clustered - Horizontal Scaling(two nodes). Can i use JMS for sychronizing the different nodes in the clustered environment? (If i deploy the changes(jar) in one node, how should i replicate the same change in other node(s)?
