Hi guys,

I cleared my SCEA Part 1 this week and I am happy I got 78%. I was targetting 80%.
No mocks used... just plain old books.
I struggled in JPA since i knew it less but overall i was good. hmm Security was little low.
But I scored 100% in couple of topics including my favourite Design Patterns.
I had tough time understanding the questions initially as the language and was poor i thought.
I guess they were trying to hide the real problem and confuse you by giving unnecessary and obscure info :-)
I am taking a nice break before starting part 2.

Thanks
Saurabh Deshpande!

Hi Guru Prasath,
I think I got roughly lot of questions on DP. And more on JPA instead of EJBs.
I had 8-10 questions on DP and 4-5 on JPA. EJBs maybe 2-3
JSF was again more 4-5. I found JSP tough as I have very little knowledge on it.
Also JPA but I think I managed it better than JSF.
Saurabh.

I did not use any book for JPA because I was really short on time.
I referened Suns JPA link.

This is really good...
