Is it possible to jump to certain file in .chm help file?

Here is code I use to open help file.

Sure, if you know the URL for the page. Googling chm hh aurguments should yield some pages that describe the arguments you can pass to hh.exe and how to open to a specific page.

This is not a java question but rather one about executing hh.exe, moving to General Computing.
