What do you mean by "static class loading" in Java?
Do you have a reference to quote?

I have found the answer to this question in another location : http://www.coderanch.com/t/383679/Java-General/java/Static-Dynamic-class-loading

The question I would like to ask is the "new" operator is always referred to as dynamic memory allocation correct ??? Or is this used concept used only in C ++ ??

Please clarify my doubt.

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
