I installed IBM InfoSphere Content Collector(ICC) with embedded WebSphere Application Server. ICC uses the HTTPS protocol for network communication. This requires a certificate for authentication. To create certificate authority request i need the administrative console.

But if i try to connect to the console via https://hostname:11043/ibm/console i got the failure message that "SRVE0255E: A WebGroup/Virtual Host to handle /ibm/console has not been defined."

I wrote port 11043 because in file "AboutThisProfile.txt" I found that secure port for administrative console is 11043.
And in the file virtualhosts.xml I found this:
- <host:VirtualHost xmi:id="VirtualHost_1" name="default_host">
<aliases xmi:id="HostAlias_1" hostname="*" port="11080" />
<aliases xmi:id="HostAlias_2" hostname="*" port="80" />
<aliases xmi:id="HostAlias_3" hostname="*" port="11443" />
<aliases xmi:id="HostAlias_6" hostname="*" port="5060" />
<aliases xmi:id="HostAlias_7" hostname="*" port="5061" />
<aliases xmi:id="HostAlias_8" hostname="*" port="443" />
- <host:VirtualHost xmi:id="VirtualHost_2" name="admin_host">
<aliases xmi:id="HostAlias_4" hostname="*" port="11060" />
<aliases xmi:id="HostAlias_5" hostname="*" port="11043" />

How can I open administrative console? What I doing wrong?
It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
