Hello everyone

I am a new entry in java ranch. awaiting everyone's co-operation to cross the ocean of Java.

I was trying a wrapper class example to use add(int, object). when i am compiling I am getting the following errors

1. VectorAdd.java uses unchecked or unsafe operations.

2. recompile with -Xlint:unchecked for details.

Please help me out. Thanks a ton in advance.Wrapper

These aren't errors but warnings. They are caused because Vector is generic since Java 5.0. Read the following two pages for more information:
http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.5.0/docs/guide/language/generics.html
http://java.sun.com/docs/books/tutorial/java/generics/index.html

Also note that without source code we have very little way of helping you: please see TellTheDetails and ItDoesntWorkIsUseless.

And welcome to JavaRanch!
