Does anyone have code that will perform the validwhen validation rule because I can't find it anywhere and have no idea how to go about writing it from scratch

I haven't found much in the documentation or floating around in cyberspace so I'm going to write my own JavaScript function for the validator-rules.xml. When I get it working I'll let you know.
