When you are creating beans do you create one for each table in your database?

Can you have a HTML form that has components that use more than one bean? Updating data to more than one table?

Q: When you are creating beans do you create one for each table in your database?

Depends.

Q: Can you have a HTML form that has components that use more than one bean?

Sure--the form can contain whatever you want. How it's done depends on the framework you're using and/or how you're processing request parameters.

Q: Updating data to more than one table?

Of course; what you do on the server side is entirely at your discretion. You may need to wrap everything in a transaction, though, if there are any data integrity issues.

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
