help regarding JPCAP

ME AND MY FRIENDS ARE PUTTING UP THIS NETWORK APPLICATION TO IMPLEMENT AND COMPARE ROUTING ALGORITHMS
WE ARE EXPERIENCING ERROR WHICH IS CONCERNED WITH THE IMPROPER WORKING OF JPCAP
I M ATTASCHING THE ERROR MESSAGE :

Caused by: java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: net.sourceforge.jpcap.capture.PacketCapture.lookupDevices()[Ljava/lang/String;
at net.sourceforge.jpcap.capture.PacketCapture.lookupDevices(Native Method)
at optimizedlinkstaterouting.packet.capture.OptimizedLinkStateRoutingPacketCaptureServer.startPacketCapture(OptimizedLinkStateRoutingPacketCaptureServer.java:31)
at optimizedlinkstaterouting.OptimizedLinkStateRoutingView.startPacketCaptureThread(OptimizedLinkStateRoutingView.java:814)

PLEASE HELP IN SOLVING THIS PROBLEM

Jpcap needs native libraries to work with; have you added those to the PATH of the machine in question?

yes i hav added the libraries..... still its not working........
