I need this Template rather desperately.

I am simply looking for a Spring 3.0 Eclipse project that is a DYNAMIC WEB PROJECT with source code downloadable to Eclipse and just run on my Tomcat successfully.

Believe me, I looked and tried a few from the Internet but its either not a DYNAMIC WEB PROJECT or something is not working (likely not configuration related). I do not want to debug a Template.

I really need an Eclipse DYNAMIC WEB PROJECT (Spring 3.0, a simple one but with all the MVC plumbing working) that I can simply download to Eclipse and have it run successfully right off the bet.

Can anyone help....please?

What's wrong with using the Spring MVC tutorial to create one? There's nothing special about a dynamic web project in Eclipse. It is just a project organized as a web app.

Hi Jeanne,

Thank you for your response. I saw the Spring MVC Tutorial link. But I couldn't find the project source to download. Did I miss that link? Also, is it 3.0 code or 2.5 code? I thought its 2.5 code and due to some differences that I had read about between these 2 versions, I was looking for 3.0 code. Actually, the main reason was that I couldn't find a link to download that project.

If you knew of one that I can download, that would be tremendously helpful to me.

Many Thanks.

Usually, with Spring, the samples come with the actual project download, which can be found at springframework.org and click on the downloads link in the top menu.

If you select Spring 3.0, then it will download the entire project, samples and all. Pick the one with the most stuff, usually the top one.

Good Luck

Mark

I downloaded Spring 3.0 and tried one of the examples but it crashed. I'll give it another look.

Because I modified my project so much, it got worse. Now, not even the 1st page shows up. Here is the error I got when I ran it on TomCat. I don't know what I did to have caused this. Any idea?

Thanks
