Reading from a file

I am having some problems reading from the input file, but not sure why. I have the file saved in the same folder and named the same (InFile)... and ideas?

It may help if you say us actually what kind of problems do you have: some type of exception was thrown on some line, file contains string "20" but your code reads "50" or something else ?
