Is it possible to perform reverse process in recompiling .class files?

Hi, I have one question.
If I did some modul, containing several .class files, is it possible that these .class can be 'decompiled' into .java files, so the source code will be exposed?
Is this performable?

decompile java. I use JAD myself mostly.

Java comes standard with a disassembler.
javap -c ClassName
