One of the better Struts books seem to be James Holmes' Struts: The Complete Reference (solid 5 star reviews on Amazon) and the new second edition of Pro Jakarta Struts (on promotion this week) looks promising as well. You can read Mark Spritzler's review of the latter in here (scroll down!).

I've also posted a review for "Pro Jakarta Struts, Second Edition" on Amazon and on my blog.
