Hi, am trying to import data from excel sheet to database using JExcel API.

Here am getting the label information correctly.. Here it displays columns as "4" which is correct, and the rows as "1", even the data is present in excel file.(no. of rows in excel file is 40)

Can you please tell me how to get the contents of data from excel in to servlet ..

Your subject line seems to be incorrect. You already know how to get the contents from an Excel file.

What is your exact question? First you mention you are trying to put this data into a database, then all of a sudden it needs to go to a servlet. Which one is it?

Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
