pdf viewer in J2ME

+Pie Number of slices to send: Send
hi,
I am working on an application in which I made web service which produces reports in .pdf format and I have made a J2ME client for that as well. How can I view the .pdf format reports in J2ME. I am using the Base64 conversion for the data transfer from web services to J2ME client.

regards
Lokesh

You can't. PDF is a very complex format and needs a complete application to be readable, not just some library code. Some devices come with PDF readers - including my latest phone. Many do not.

Actually, I don't like PDF on pocket-sized mobile devices, because it can't adjust the viewable space to fit the smaller screens of pocket mobile devices. It's like trying to read a book through a keyhole.
What are you saying? I thought you said that Santa gave you that. And this tiny ad:
a bit of art, as a gift, that will fit in a stocking
