In one case I pass an action a series of hidden input parameters, it then forwards to a jsp that does prints out the value of the input parameter.

In another action, I pass it Hidden input paremeter. The action properly shows the parameter and value and forwards to the proper jsp page.
However in this JSP page the request object has no parameters.
(request.getParameterName() returns null)

Any suggestions on what I could be doing to remove parameters from the request.

I have to be doing something very obvious. thanks for any help

in the problematic action. The action uses apache's file upload utility to upload a series of files.

Would fileUpload remove parameters??
