Hi, I started my career as a Java trainer now almost 4 years spent. How would be my career if i continue as a corporate trainer. what are the pros and cons of this profession when we compare it to developer.

I also heard that we can become a Consultant when we continue in training field. Can any1 tell me when will 1 become a consultant of any technology?
