if it's possible to get some of the authors around here to do the Cattle Drive. They (some of them, that is) certainly need to. I'm just starting to read a book featured in one of the recent book giveaways. The first example would get nitpicked to death if it was going through the Cattle Drive process. Makes me shudder when I read the title of that book, and anticipate reading the rest of the code.
So fellow Cattle Drivers, remember the pain and the suffering you go through doing the assignments, it's worth it. If you go on to write books I'll buy one for sure (even if it's
Java for Quantum Physics).
