Hi all,

With Jboss 4.2.3 and EJB 2.0, I am facing a problem where my ejbLoad() metod is not getting called by the container.
But the same code is running in weblogic 8.0.

So I have to manually do the operations done in the ejbLoad() method.

Is there any way to call the ejbLoad() method of implementation class from the client?

Nope. And its not something you should even be trying. Better try to work out why the ejbLoad() method is not being called by JBoss, which, if true, sounds like a huge JBoss bug. So I suspect you may be mistaken.

Thanks for your words Paul.
Got a solution. It is not a bug in Jboss, rather it is a default option in Jboss which can be controlled by commit-option tag.

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
