I have an application running on Websphere 6.1.0.2. I have doing some performance monitoring with Tivoli Performance Viewer. There is a particular metric called, ActiveMethodCount - which is available per EJB. I notice that ActiveMethodCount is directly proportional to the number of times that I call getSessionContext().setRollBackOnly(). Why is this so?

According to IBM docs - ActiveMethodCount siginifies - The number of concurrently active methods - the number of methods called at the same time.

With a little knowledge, a cast iron skillet is non-stick and lasts a lifetime.
