Could there be a particular reason why my file upload interceptor is not showing error messages on my UI but only on console?

In my file upload interceptor the allowed content type is xls and txt. When a user tries to upload some other content type, it's showing error message on the console and not on the UI.

How are you *trying* to display errors? TellTheDetails. ItDoesntWorkIsUseless.
