Hi,
I have created one java applet file for particular task(e g.,bouncing ball animation ). how to create exe(or deliverable) file of it . so that it can be given to anybody to run without code. Means i just want to double click on that file and it should run.

Thanks

Have you studied or created Jar files? If not, you would do well to check out the Sun tutorial on how to create these useful critters. Much luck!

Applets are delivered via a web browser - all you need to do is to put it on a web server. If you intend to deliver the application some other way, then a double-clickable jar containing an application (not an applet) is the right way to go, as Pete says.

What's wrong with serving it from a web server your friend can access?
