Not getting "Server" Menu option when "Window --> Preferences" is opened in Eclipse 3.5 IDE,Please let me know how to get that menu option enabled.

Consider yourself fortunate. I hate WTP.

More seriously, WTP is the Web Tools package (project?) and it's a set of plugins needed if you really want to persecute yourself by using their alleged server integration services. Core Eclipse doesn't understand J2EE at all, much less web application servers.

You can either download a WTP-bundled version of Eclipse from the Eclipse site or you can install WTP manually.
 
Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
