Struts Validator: Blank JS Alerts

The validator seemingly cannot find my message resources.

The resource bundle gets loaded (as per a Struts log message).

There seems to be a key mismatch; it validates correctly, but just shows a blank alert when the form is invalid.

If anyone has any ideas, I'd appreciate it!

Below are the validation XML and relevant excerpt from the resource bundle.

I'm not using Struts modules.

Thanks!
Michael
