Hi,

I have 2 yrs of experience as a Weblogic Administrator. Is there any way to switch from Admin job to developer job in Weblogic without being starting as a fresher. If yes , can anyone let me know what are the right steps and also place(Company) .

Moved to "Jobs Discussion".

If you don't have programming experience, you don't have programming experience--having been an admin, though, will be advantageous once you're a programmer as well. But you'll have to learn to program first.

All that thinking. Doesn't it hurt? What do you think about this tiny ad?
