POI RecordFormatException: The content of an excel record cannot exceed 8224 bytes

Hi

I am getting

org.apache.poi.hssf.record.RecordFormatException: The content of an excel record cannot exceed 8224 bytes


exception on last line of the code.Here is my code.


Can any one please help me?

It looks like you're trying to give it too much data, are you sure you're storing it in the correct construct? Alternatively can you reduce the data?

I can not reduce the data as the xls file contains report data generated by end user. Can we have any alternative solution for this?
