I am a Java JEE guy, try to find a Job in Canada/USA.I have registered my CV in some Job Portal, But I did not get a response from any employers ,even if I get a details about a job opening ,it is for current Visa holders, presently I have no Visa, so I can’t apply for those Jobs.
My friends suggest me to find consultancy that provide support in finding a job such as forwarding my CV to employer, arranging interviews and processing Visa.
So I want to find some genuine consultancies that suited to my requirement

As we don't allow discussion of specific companies here, this post isn't likely to help you in that endeavor.

I've seen a mix of posts recently from you:
1) Want a job in India
2) Want a job in the US/Canada
3) Want a job in a country that pays well

It might be worth narrowing down what you actually want. And are able to get.

The topic that I thought was confusing was.... where Jacob mentioned that he turned down a job offer because it only offered a 50% raise, and he wanted a 100% raise. And now, he wants to work in another country without a visa?

Giving up an offer, with a 50% raise, in order to start looking to work in another country, is a bit much. May I ask what is so special about working in another country?
