Perhaps you aren't understanding the answers given so far. Let me paraphrase: there is documentation which specifies the possible attributes for each of the JSTL elements. That documentation would contain the answer to your question. And if you are using JSTL you ought to have a copy of that documentation, so you could refer to it when necessary. So... once you find that documentation, look in it and you should find your answer.

I have already given you the best advice possible. This is the sort of thing that you can easily look up in the documentation. Learning how to use specifications and documentations is an important skill.
