I am searching a good reference for java web service with examples?
can anyone help me. i find many sites ,but it is not contain much examples or if there is examples they are not ordered?

you example is good.
But i stuck at step 2.
in your example there is no main method in that class.
So i can't compile that example,but it says
Create a custom package ws.example appropriately and include the TemperatureConverter.java file in that package. Compile and build the project.


1)Can you tell me how to Compile and build the project if there is no main method?

What does compiling code have to do with the presence or absence of a "main" method? That's not used for a web service anyway (possibly for the client).

I am not quite clear with your problem, how the main method impact your compilation. That is a good example which I used for my understanding.
