I have been working in my current firm for 3 years and have been a good performer. There are some management changes recently which is causing a lot of politics at work. I can clearly see some evil plans to spoil the reputation and also to demotivate the current team which is affecting the team's performance and productivity.

Under this situation is it best to leave the firm as it is a lot frustrating at times.

Secondly , Just curious to how many of you have faced such issues and how did you handle it ?

There is no guaranty that your new work place will be different. How to handle completely depends on the context. So without knowing the exact situation its not possible to advise.

Do you think management is trying to ruin the company and demotivate the team? Often motivation goes down during a time of a lot of change. Then it picks up again and things are better than before.
