A client has logged a work request stating that he is unable to access an application hosted within the horizontally clustered production environment. Describe how you can confirm which application server the user is being directed?

Look at the properties that the HttpServletRequest object exposes.

You should be able to find the IP for the server and client as well as the name of the server.
