Messages aren't being picked up from IBM MQ

Hi ,

We have IBM MQ Queues Configured with Weblogic .
The data is being placed up on the Queues , but the data isn't being picked up by the Mesage Driven Beans .

The server is running in State , there are 1000 instances of MDB Configured .

We caan't figure it out , if anybody faced this kind of Problems , please let me know the solution .
