Problems in Update the assignment on CertManager

Hi guys, I had a problem in uploading my assignment on CertManager, I was getting the message: “You don’t have rights to upload this assignment”, I tried to get in touch with the guys from Sun, but it was taking to long to get an answer!

Finally someone told me that I had to send an e-mail to [email protected], which I did, then they replied me to send the assignment to [email protected], which I also did last Friday.

My question is: What about now?
How long is it gonna take to update my situation on this certification process?
How am I suppose to see the updated information? On CertManager site? Or do I have to wait for a reply from them?

Have you already taken part 3 of the exam? Unless you register and complete part 3 of the exam at a prometric testing center, your assignment will not be evaluated. If you have already taken part 3 of the exam, then you can expect to get the result in as little as 5 days and as much as 6 weeks. This is based on posts from other ranchers on the forum.

Also did you include your prometric id in the subject line of the email and assignment index.html file when you emailed your assignment to the email address? That is the only way, they can associate your part 3 answers to your assignment.

I didn’t do the essay yet. I did every thing else, though!

I didn’t schedule the essay cuz I think they will have to evaluate my project first, so the essay's questions can be based on the project done, you see?

I remember that I read in some where that after you upload your assignment you will have to wait till they update it in the CentManager site, but, since the update process has changed, I’m not sure anymore.

So I’m afraid to schedule the essay too early.

The instructions for me were to send the email ONLY after completing the essay exam - which I complied with.
I too had questions about what happens after we upload/email the assignment - I posted a query on the forum but unfortunately didnt get any replies :-(

which meant nothing happened after you email or upload the assignment. I emailed and waiting for a response.

I think that you should schedule the part 3 exam as early as possible and not wait for any status change online.

Sure will. Funny little story - you were asked to upload but you are not able to - I was told to email (which I already did). But today I just tried clicking upload and it shows a page with instructions and asked me am I ready to upload and click continue when ready. I didnt go beyond that point.

Updating information:

I sent my assigment (project) to Oracle's e-mail at April 17,
I took the part 3 essay at April 29,
They sent the result of the certification exam at June 25...

And I passed,
No score though.

I have submitted P2 assignment on 10th May after P3 exam given.
3 weeks are passed now and how long do I need to wait for the final result? till mid of June or more time required?
Result delay happens based on the volume of the submitted work. Is it true?
Reply from sun specified it make takes 6-8 weeks.
