weblogic 10.3 to remote MQ connectivity

Hi
Here the problem description:
1. MDB deployed in WebLogic 10.3 server
2. MQ deployed in a different machine.

Given the above scenario my MDB is not pulling the messages from the remote MQ.
It was working fine with WebLogic 8.1!!

Could someone help me with this or point me to some document where I can configure the same?
