Ind vs Aus Brad Hogg took Sachin's wicket. At the end of match Hogg gave that ball to Sachin for autograph. Sachin put his sign with one beautiful sentence"It will never happen again" till today hogg could not take his wicket for the second time. That's the confidence.

An anecdote for sure But can it be called confidence? Not quite sure.

How old is this incidence?? Maybe India didn't play with Australia that much after that :-) (although I'm a big Sachin fan still I'm saying this)...

+1. IMO this is not a good example of confidence.

What could possibly have happened?
Hogg must have reflexively stuck his tongue out when he asked for an autograph which irritated Sachin who then blurted this statement out. Irritation can upset equilibrium of even the best. I would've liked to see his face when he said this; Is there a video?

After this incident Brad Hogg and Sachin Tendulkar came face to face 21 times...but he could never get the Master Blaster out :-)
