Why? We had Pi day on 3.14.2010 already. Today is Earth Day. What's the connection?

What nation is that? In the U.S., National Pie Day was on January 23, 2010 (http://www.chiff.com/a/american-pie-day.htm), which means National Pie week was three months ago.

edit: Fixed URL for National Pie Day.

Yes, I noticed that in quaint old places that time has forgotten, like Binghamton N.Y and Philadelphia, PA.
