<jsp:attribute> standard action and tagdependent body-content

As per HFSJ, <jsp:attribute> elements don't count as body content (page 482). So you can use them even when <body-content> is set to empty.
But can you use them if <body-content> is set to tagdependent? That specifically prohibits evaluation of any standard actions. Or does it also make a special exception for <jsp:attribute> ?

Before asking this question, did you try to do this yourself?? We always encourage people to tryout things themselves. You'll learn a lot more by some practice than just reading a book or tutorials...
