PreQualification of SCEA with SCJP 1.2

I appeared for SCJP 1.2 in 2002 and i don't even remember the id or any prometric id. How can this be taken care as SCEA requires you to have any version of SCJP as a pre-qualification for the exam ?

SCEA don't have any Pre-requisite.
