Custom UI .....

+Pie Number of slices to send: Send
this is my first try with any custom UI....... max i have done is made some custom list adapters in android etc ......
what i need to do is make a UI similar to Gallery but has :
1. the central image (the one which receives focus in the gallery ) when gets the focus becomes larger than the other images .....
For this there i think there used to be a method :- " public float getScale(boolean focused, int offset) { } " but this was discontinued or something after android sdk 0.9 ....
2. the transition animation has to be replaced by some custom animation ........( need hell lot of help for this,..,... lot of basic required !! )
3. the non focused images are inclined/slanted inwards ..........( i think would need to use openGL for it ......Help!!! )

please help....
send some example code ( please .. dealing with all the onDraw(), onMeasure(), Measure() overriding --- animation (custom and default) ), articles, tutorials ...... anything that can help or clear some fog in my head!!!

Thanks...

Hello,

In gallery on clicking of image if you want same image to be shown in larger scale
then start a new Activity on clicking of the icon of the image, create a new xml for that.

I hope you are clean on this.

Yeah thanks... But that still does not answer my problem.......
See I need to make the scale the image when the image (child of Gallery Layout) get focus or in other words when the image comes in center.

And what about the problem 2 and 3... the translation animation and slanting of images.....
