is it OK to reuse some of the DVD project code?

Hi guys,

After reading the DVD project sample, it tends to always follow its design and implementation, so I am wondering if it is ok to reuse some of the code in the DVD project sample (e.g., certain private inner class or methods are very similar or exactly the same as the ones in DVD project) ?
