HFSJ Chapter 13 question 5

Which about filters are true?

A. Filters may be used to create request or response wrappers.
B. Wrappers may be used to create request or response filters.

Why the book says A is true, B is false?
I don't understand why B is false. We use wrapper classes in the Filters. Please help.

Wrappers are not used to *create* filters, wrappers are used inside filters...
