what is the Need of MyAdmin.config when integrating MQ with BEA WebLogic server

Hi ,

I am refering to this article for Integrating BEA WebLogic Server with Websphere MQ.

In this article

The Author has created a directory as JNDI-Directory and it is consisting
of a file named as MyAdmin.config which is consisting of

INITIAL_CONTEXT_FACTORY=com.sun.jndi.fscontext.RefFSContextFactory
PROVIDER_URL=file:/C:/JNDI-Directory
SECURITY_AUTHENTICATION=none 

can anybody please let me know what is the need of this step and what it is doing exactly .
