Tab and list

I am just delving into android. My problem is this: I want to have a UI with a tab and a list in it, how is that done?

I am also looking for help on listview adapters. Google hasn't been my friend. Any suggestions? - Steven

To understand ListViews and Adapters see all the articles in Mark L. Murphy's Fancy ListView Series. Also, Hello-TabWidget is a nice enough tutorial that should get you started with Tabs.
