Hello,

I need to implement 2 phase commit into my application. To get started, I tried making this tutorial:
http://doitifucan.wordpress.com/2010/03/23/distributed-transactions-with-springatomikos-and-tomcat/

When I try to define a bean of the class "TransactionProxyFactoryBean" however, I can't set the "target" attribute. Does anyone know how to fix this problem or why it seems to be deleted from the TransactionProxyFactoryBean-class? I upload my source code to this address: click here. I also added a screenshot of the libraries I'm using.

Why not?

The class extends another class that defines the target attribute and a setter method for it called setTarget()

and you are saying adding

<property name="target" ref=""/>

is not working at all?

Thanks

Hi,

what I mean is, is that my intelliJ marks the "target"-attribute in red saying: cannot resolve property "target.
Does anyone maybe have a working source of that tutorial?

When I try running it, I get these errors:

I had similar issues when dealing with Spring Security, in which I later found out the xsd in my xml header part was the wrong version. The other possibility is the correct version of the class not being in the projects classpath.
