Hi Harsha, check here .
Head First Servlets & JSP 2nd edition by Basha, Sierra & Bates is very good. I haven't tried other books!

Good luck!

I read Head First Servlets & JSP 2nd edition by Basha, Sierra & Bates
Really liked it and suggest. I haven't read any other book, so not sure if there are any better books.

As a newbie I liked Head First Servlets & JSP 2nd edition by Basha, Sierra & Bates book
After Reading that book I have gone through SCWCD Exam study kit book by Hanumant Deshmukh,Jignesh Malavia,Matthew Scarpino
Personally I liked both these books if we read Head First Servlets & JSPs first and then the next book by Deshmukh.
