Hi,
Is there a way in JWS to detect that the JNLP file refers to a new JRE without relaunching the application.
My problem is that I might have users who havent closed their login window but the JNLP file on the server has been updated to refer to a newer JRE.
So lets the the JWS GUI is still showing the login window and running on JRE 1.5 on client side but the JNLP file on the server has been updated to say that JWS GUI should run on 1.6.
Thanks in advance,
V

Haven't encountered this scenario before. What happens if you try it out? Any exceptions?

No exception..it works..just that it shouldnt ...since I want my GUI to run on a new JRE.
