Hi Everyone,

I'm using Display Tag library to display a table in my JSP. I want to make a row editable if the
checkbox is checked. But I'm not able to extract the checkbox values using request.getParameterValues() (this method is returning null).

Somebody please guide me in the right direction.

Thanks,
Soumya.

The example web app that comes with DisplayTag has an example called "Posting forms (checkboxes)". Are you doing things exactly like they're used in that example?

Thanks for the reply Ulf.

The example doesn't say as to how to extract the value in my Servlet. I would like to extract the selected checkbox value in my
servlet and and then display a particular column in that row as editable. Please find my code below and guide me in the right direction.

Looking forward for your input. Thanks.

I'd use a tool like the Firefox LiveHttpHeaders extension to examine what HTTP is actually sent to the server. It'll show you all parameters.
