Hi ranchers,

I was thinking about this couple of weeks ago..

Why dont we have a separate forum exclusively for Interview questions.. wherein fellow ranchers can post some of their

interesting/challenging questions faced by them..

I guess it would be very useful for all especially for those who are looking for a change & preparing for interviews.

I see interview questions falling into two categories... (1) the question is really technical and subtle, and should be handled in the appropriate forum, or (2) the question went bad for the interviewee, and he/she wants to know why, and this is probably best handled in the job discussion forum.

I don't see the value of having a separate interview question forum, because interview questions are intentionally "made up" (modified) during the interview, to see how the interviewee can handle questions just beyond his/her comfort zone. They also tend to be open ended, so there is no single right answer.
