What do you mean by "create download area"?

Whatever that means, it certainly does not sound like something you would do in a JSP, but in the task controller that performs an operation.

It is not clear what you are trying to do. Create a folder? Something else? Please explain clearly.

so,

On my site, will have a download area (for users to copy files that I put)
To visualize this area (directory) have to log in, you know?

I'm still not quite sure what you are after, but if you are trying to create a folder, you'd just do that with normal Java file I/O in a servlet, or other Java class. Doing so in a JSP is not appropriate.

Just what I said. Use normal Java file I/O. If you don't know how, that your next step.
