We have a DTO/ VO which is implementing Cloneable interface

Can anybody please let me know in what cases is it necessary for a DTO/VO to implement
Cloneable interface ??

When it needs to be cloneable, I suppose.

I don't know what kind of answer are you expecting. java.lang.Cloneable has pretty straight-forward semantics and meaning.
